I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were neat and spacious, offering a free upgrade with a good panoramic view of the city. However, the room was really cold, making it hard to sleep.

My stay at the hotel was really pleasant. The room I was supposed to have with one big bed was always clean, thanks to the team led by Imran. The upgrade to a sky view room on the 47th floor was a nice surprise.

The hotel is ideally located with easy access to the metro station, restaurants, and coffee shops. The rooms are impeccably clean and the housekeeping staff goes above and beyond to cater to guests' needs. However, there were some inconsistencies in the dining experience. The service was impressive, with attentive and polite staff. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with convenient access to transportation options.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were equipped with a huge fridge, washing machine, sink, and a microwave, which were extremely helpful for us, especially with our baby.
